Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the electronic items you wish to return or exchange.
Secure Your Device
Perform a factory reset to erase your personal data and carefully pack the device in its original packaging with all included accessories.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from your email, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition at our warehouse, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.
